The Pharmacy Technology program is a one year program that will prepare its graduates to work under a pharmacist as a licensed technician.  Graduates will gain experience measuring, mixing and labeling of medications.  They will also receive training in pharmacy law, confidentiality, and medical terminology.  Students will graduate ready to work directly in retail or hospital pharmacy settings.  In addition students will earn dual credits allowing them to continue post-secondary education toward an associate or bachelor's degree.
